The video URLs should be at the top results, since videos are usually large in size. In that case, you can click the “All” tab instead of “Media” and sort them by size, largest to the smallest. If you use Chrome, the downloading URLs may not appear even after refresh. Copy URL to a Downloader app or simply open it in a new tab to start downloading the Linkedin Learning video. If nothing under the Media tab, you can reload this page and play the video. You should be able to see the Linked Learnng video MP4 file URLs. In the Developer Tools, click on the Network tab and select Media as the screenshot below.
